Isobel's love for moving began with pointed toes and tutus. After 14 years of classical ballet training and 11 years of yoga practice, she discovered Pilates and regained mobility she thought long-gone after knee injury. Her zeal for freedom of movement has led her to certifications in the Pilates Method at FORTH Studios, the Awareness Through Body Programme in India, Barre Fitness, Thai Yoga Massage, Yoga Tune Up®, Pfilates (pelvic floor Pilates) and more. She is currently working as a physiotherapist aide and brings distinctive stretching, corrective exercise, and tension and tissue releasing techniques to her private clients and group classes alike. Her fun, innovative teaching style informs daily habits outside of class.
